How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed anytime directly on boxpartners.com. Click  here for step-by-step instructions that guide you through placing your order.

Where can I view my open orders?

You can view all open orders by navigating to the Open Orders tab within the My Account section of your boxpartners.com account. Click View on the invoice line to check shipping details or obtain your packing list. Click the order number to reprint your confirmation.

Don’t see your order? It may have shipped. You can use the Order Tracking tool in the main navigation bar or Chat Assistance to locate your shipment details.

How do I release an order with a status of "Process Hold"?

Orders requiring your attention will display on the Open Orders  screen in red text. Select the order you wish to edit and make any necessary changes. Once the updates are saved, your order will be released. For step-by-step instructions, click here.

What are "futures"?

Futures are full or partial quantities of out-of-stock items that are still needed for a specific Ship To location. Creating a future keeps the item on record so you can manage it once inventory becomes available. Click here  to learn how to create and manage futures.

How do I select my preferred pricing logic?

Pricing logic settings can only be configured by your company's administrator. Administrators will see an Email Order Processing Options button in the Open Orders  screen when logged into boxpartners.com. The setup allows administrators to choose how pricing discrepancies should be handled during order submission:

Always Use BOX Price: Price discrepancies are automatically updated to the BOX Partners price on record.

Within a Tolerance: Price discrepancies within a company-defined percentage tolerance are automatically updated to the BOX Partners price on record.

Exact Price Match: Any price discrepancy must be reviewed and corrected before the order can be processed.

This setup window also allows administrators to add email addresses to receive notifications when pricing discrepancies or other order errors require review.

Where do I add email addresses for order discrepancy notifications?

Order discrepancy notification settings are managed by your company's administrator. During the pricing logic setup, administrators can add additional email addresses to receive notifications when pricing discrepancies or other order errors require review. By default, notifications are sent to the email address that submitted the order and the order acknowledgment email address on file for your account. Contact your company's administrator to make updates.

How do I access invoices and payment details?

Visit Make a Payment to review, download, and manage your invoices. You can submit ACH payments directly through our website.

How can I estimate shipping costs?

Use the Freight Estimator to get accurate shipping estimates before placing an order. Enter the Destination Zip Code, Item Numbers, and Quantity to estimate shipping charges.

Why can't I see "Place Order" or other features under My Account?

Your access may be limited based on the permissions set by your company’s administrator. Administrators manage user access for features such as placing orders, viewing pricing, accessing invoices, sending email blasts, and more. If you don’t see “Place Orders,” contact your company’s administrator to request access.

How do I update access for my login?

The designated administrator, appointed by your company, is responsible for setting up new users and assigning permissions. Simply contact your BOX account manager to be connected with your company’s administrator.

How do I manage users on my account?

The designated administrator has access to add new users, update permissions, or remove existing users from the account. If your company cannot access your admin account, please reach out to your dedicated account manager.

How do I add users to my account?

Any member of your team can create a user account by visiting the boxpartners.com login page and entering their business email address and name. After completing the login process, the new user will be added to your company's account with default permissions.

Your company's administrator will receive an email notification whenever a new user registers, making it easy to review and update their permissions as needed.

The company's administrator can update each user's permissions to control access to features such as placing orders, viewing pricing, accessing invoices, sending email blasts, and more.

For step-by-step instructions on the login process and additional information, click here.

How do I start a return?

Returns can be initiated through Chat Assistance or by contacting Customer Service.

If a return is due to BOX Partners’ error, we will arrange and cover the freight and re-stocking expenses.

For unused, resaleable product in its original packaging: Stock items can be returned for a credit by notifying BOX Partners within 60 days after the invoice date. Returns due to customer error or changing needs after the point of sale are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus any associated freight costs.

For defective product claims: Items believed to be defective in their performance can be returned for a credit by notifying BOX Partners within 60 days after the invoice date. If after investigation it’s determined that the product is indeed defective, a replacement or credit will be issued at BOX Partners’ expense. For defective claims that are returned and determined to not be defective upon inspection, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

For missing or damaged products: Reports of missing or damaged products must be made to BOX Partners within 14 days after the invoice date. Product must be signed for with damage noted on the proof of delivery at the time of delivery and supported with photos (for damage claims) as this significantly increases the likelihood and speed of claims acceptance and processing. Claims made for obvious damage or for missing pallet quantities that were signed clear at the time of delivery (without notation of the shortage or damage on the proof of delivery) must be accompanied by photographs to be considered eligible for replacement or credit.

Customers who ship using their own freight carrier are responsible for any damage or shortage claims.

What do I do if an item on my order is backordered?

If an item on your order is on backorder, you may have a few options:

Choose an alternate product: During the cart and checkout process, the website may display in-stock, functional alternatives you can select without leaving your cart.

Ship from another location: After placing your order or when viewing open orders, the system will check other distribution centers. If inventory is available, you can select “Ship from Alternate Warehouse” to receive the item sooner.

Create a future: If available, move the backordered item(s) to a future order, allowing the available items on your current order to continue to fulfillment. Future items can then be managed on boxpartners.com when inventory becomes available. Click here  to learn how to create and manage futures.

Wait for inventory: Keep the backordered item on your current order. The entire order will be held until all items are available to ship complete.

What is high class freight?

High-class items are those with a freight class of 100 or higher, excluding corrugated materials except for single face. Only 2 skids of high-class products are allowed on prepaid LTL shipments.
