Dan joined the business in 2022, bringing with him over 20 years of experience from leadership roles at Staples and Citron Hygiene. During his career Dan has successfully led sales, marketing, category development, customer service and operations. Dan and his team are responsible for driving growth initiatives with national strategic customers, inside sales, marketing and overall commercial strategy.

Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hartwick College.

Dom has been with the company since 1997. His strong sales leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the packaging industry have been instrumental in driving uninterrupted growth over the past 25+ years at BOX Partners. Dom is responsible for spearheading the company’s growth with regional and national packaging distributors.

Dom received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Benedictine University.

Mike joined BOX Partners in 2022. He comes to BOX with 20 years of experience including operational and management positions with Amazon, Brunswick Corporation, and Starwood Hotels. He has guided the launch and management of multiple new facilities, developed new organizational designs, and implemented operational plans to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity..

Mike holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from The University of Illinois.

Jeff joined BOX Partners in 2022. He has been in CFO and other executive finance positions throughout his career including senior leadership roles at Spark Cognition, Dover Corp., Wayne Fueling Systems, Pavillion Technologies and PWC. Jeff has extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and technology integration and is focused on leading the professionalization and rapid growth of the business.

Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years.

Joe joined BOX Partners in 2022 and brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience to the company. His prior leadership roles include large company, start-up, and global consulting experience, most recently as CIO at UPG Enterprises. In addition to tenure at Alvarez and Marsal, Joe earlier in his career was a founder and CIO at software firm ConstructConnect and CIO at Bancel Technologies.

Joe has a master’s degree in Information Systems from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Creighton University.

Cheryl joined BOX Partners in 2023 as part of The Packaging Wholesalers acquisition, having worked there since 2018. She has over 20 years of procurement and sourcing experience including her previous leadership roles at ITW. Throughout Cheryl’s career, she’s implemented effective inventory management practices, strategic sourcing strategies, and driven supplier relationship management.

Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from DePaul University.

Suzanne has broad human resource experience, including startup environments, healthcare, corporate retail, and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining BOX Partners in 2022, she held senior HR roles at Fuji Film, Northwest Health, and AMITA. Suzanne leads the efforts to enhance employee skills, talent, and engagement.

Suzanne received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Human Resource Management from Judson University. She is a Senior Certified Profession from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
