Once set up, you'll have full access to the Website Back Office. The back office
serves as the control center for your website. Here, you can customize the
appearance of your site, set customer pricing, manage freight options, and
establish various business terms.

No Product Maintenance
As new items are introduced to the BOX Partners program,
they will automatically appear on your site without any maintenance by you! Your site will
always feature the latest offerings.
Detailed Product Information Professional photos and item details are displayed for all
stock products. Easy access to this information enables faster purchasing decisions!
Add Your Own Custom Items You can define custom items for users, and once you've set
up the item for your customer, they can order it directly from your site. You'll receive an
email with their order details, including their purchase order and any special instructions
or comments they may have for the item.
Search Capabilities A user friendly search feature allows your customers to quickly find
what they need when they need it. They can also browse products using the product index
or shop by category.
Digital Catalog Your digital catalog will allow your customers to flip through the full 480-page catalog featuring over 20,000 items of packaging, shipping, and industrial supplies.
Because this feature is costly, it's usually only found on the biggest ecommerce sites—but
now, it's available on yours!
Flexible Pricing Options Flexible pricing options let you sell to existing customers using
the price parameters you set while offering fixed pricing to new prospects visiting your
site. Your website pricing automatically updates as the market fluctuates, helping you
maintain margins. If you choose, you can sell below cost, but the system will warn you
before applying the pricing update. Additional reporting allows you to generate lists based
on customer-specific pricing.
Payment Options The Private Label Website supports payments via credit card, PayPal, or
open terms. You can configure payment options either for your entire site or for individual
customers. For instance, you might choose to accept credit cards from new customers
while offering established customers open terms.
Order Management and Processing You have the flexibility to automatically release
orders, manually release orders, or accept orders placed on your site. At the end of each
business day, reminders will be automatically sent to you if there are any open,
unprocessed orders or invoices in the back office administration section of your website.
You will have the ability to modify and cancel orders online until they begin processing for
shipment.
Order Acknowledgements You can choose to send automatic email order
acknowledgements to your customers when they place orders on your website. These
acknowledgements will include the details of their order, providing customers with
confirmation that their order has been received and is accurate.
Freight Estimating & Tracking Your customers will receive an online freight estimate
specific to their shipment. They will only see freight options that meet the specific
parameters you define. Tracking numbers will be available once the order has shipped.
Customizable Website Pages Your website will start out with generic information pages
on the following topics: About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and
FAQ. These pages can be customized for your company and updated as needed.
